FAQ

How does cukery work?

9:00 am – We send you a message with the dish of the day! (occasionally a few minutes later depending on your service)

12:00 pm – This is the order cut off — make sure to order before then!

4 -6 pm – We drop off your cooking box at your doorstep. If you are not at home, we drop it off at a designated place at your building office.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver only in select places in Seattle to make sure that we can deliver the best quality to you.

How often do you change your menu?

We offer 1 new recipe every day with meat or vegetables only.

What does locally sourced mean?

All of our fresh produce is sourced and picked up at your local farmers market.

How do I order a cooking class in a box?

As we are developing the best possible experience for our customers, we deliver our boxes only to a limited amount of people. A lucky few are cooking with Cukery every day already. If you want to be part of this, add your email to our invite list and we will do everything possible to deliver to your home as soon as possible.

For the select few who are already on board, there are two ways to order:

1. Just respond to our daily text with ‘yes meat’ or ‘yes veg’ and your order is automatically placed. Check your phone for an order confirmation text message. (In case you don’t get a confirmation text, there may be an issue with your service provider and you should order online or just shoot us an email at info@cukery.com)

2. Order through our website any time (just keep in mind that 12:00 pm is our order cut off for the same-day delivery). You can follow the link in our daily text message, or visit our website directly.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. The deadline for cancellations is at 12:30 pm each day for same-day delivery.
